The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms featured all new amenities, but the refrigerator was an icebox when we checked in and took all night to warm up. It was disappointing to see antiquated and very poorly repaired rooms. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating and nice, but on the downside, there were instances of smoking at the counter. The location was great for events like the Michigan State Graduation, close to malls, restaurants, and transit, but cleanliness seemed to be lacking in some areas. The dining experience was extremely basic, but the facilities were fair. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, being close to a mall, restaurants, and transit. The rooms, however, were not up to par as they were cold and took a while to warm up. The service was friendly and accommodating overall, though there was a minor issue with maintenance communication. The dining experience was basic and could use more variety. Despite some drawbacks, the convenience of the location made our stay enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to a mall, restaurants, and transit, but unfortunately, the rooms were cold, dirty, and unsafe. The service was a mix of indifference and helpfulness, while the dining options were extremely basic. Despite the not-so-great aspects, the hotel's proximity to various activities in E Lansing was a plus.
